| ✧AI generator programs, NFTs, or cryptocurrency: NO, I do not consent for my art to be used for AI. |
| respect my boundaries, personal life, and time (sometimes art will be a little bit late one or two to do mental health issues) |

You will only be consenting to the terms within my Terms of Service (TOS) once you have read the full TOS, acknowledge that you have read it, and if you choose to continue the commission process with me.

PERSONAL USE VS COMMERCIAL USE

You cannot use my work to make art raffles/contests (raffling off the commissioned artwork), pay-to-use bases, YCHs, or traced copies to sell off unless I have permitted you to do so.As an artist, I may use commissioned artworks as portfolio pieces or examples, excluding NSFW, personal, or sensitive content. No artworks will be used for commercial profit; they are solely for showcasing my capabilities.If you prefer your artwork not to be used this way, please let me know in advance. All future commissions will include a consent form regarding this usage.
